-Flexibility to work timings - Open to rotational shifts (24*7) - Good communication skills -Roles & Responsibilities -Utilize computer technology to handle high volume call / email / social media platform -Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company -Respond to all the consumer grievances for Inbound Services/Outbound Services -Keep a track of the performance of all the Payment -Gateways.Reconcile on a daily basis which will involve - a) Payment Updates b) Payment Refunds c) Payment Cancellations d) Risk assessment of these Payments Managing interactions with our Telecom Operators & Telecom Service Providers for our Pre-Paid & Post-Paid services. These interactions will also include - a) Transaction Confirmations b) Transaction Refunds c) Operator Outage tracking d) Understanding Operator product portfolio
-Graduates with0-5 years of experience -Non-Technical graduates can only apply for the position -(1-5) year experience in customer service / operations -Excellent verbal & written communication skills -Flexible to timings & work days -Open to night shifts
