Job Description
1. Strong Knowledge in Windows 7, 8 & 10 Opertating System in an Active Directory domain environment.
2. Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.Possess a high level of patience and professionalism when working with other employees who will have a varying range of computer competencies.
3. Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
4. Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
5. Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
6. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
7. Review application logs.
8. Install and test computer-related equipment.
9. Maintain up to date inventory and provide weekly reports to supervisor.
10. Good written & oral communication.
11. Windows Client Operating System, MS Office, McAfee AV, Local Area Network, Open Office, File & Folder Permissions.
12. Knowledge in Linux & MAC Operating Systems is a value add.
13. System Administrator - Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience.
MCSE, CCNA certified.
