Minimum 6 months exp as Team Lead.
Voice exp in BPO is must.
Telecom domain preferred.
Manage a team strength of 15-20 FTE/heads.
Lead and maintain employee satisfaction and morale.
Planning and organizing daily team activities.
Meet key performance indicators and SLA's.
Initiate process improvements by identifying service delivery gaps.
Monitor the performance of advisors according to established monitoring standards.
Develop Talent within the team and ensure that the team members are fully trained on the product/process side and consistently exceed customer expectations.
Identification of training gaps.
To provide feedback/coaching, motivating advisors for high levels of performance.
Conducting performance reviews.
