Should act as point of contact between operations and core domain team.
Responsible for Escalations, Incidents, Change and Problem Management.
Skill Set Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Basis system knowledge and troubleshooting.
Good communication skill in both speaking and writing.
Ability to understand the situation and act accordingly.
